1. PsyReview by EasyDocForms — assessment PDFs, record review, and form drafts
Consider it when: You want to discuss the complete document workflow around a psych evaluation.
The offer combines three tasks: converting blank assessments you are permitted to use into fillable PDFs, reviewing medical records with AI, and preparing AI-assisted form responses for clinician approval.
The existing EasyDocForms platform supports original-PDF intake, while InjuryMgmt describes source-linked medical summaries, treatment chronology, daily-activity evidence, work status, and editable reports. The proposed psych experience focuses the review on psychiatric history, symptoms, treatment, testing, function, and competing accounts. EasyDocForms, InjuryMgmt record review.
Check before choosing: Ask which psych-specific views and case-to-form connections are available for your documents. The dedicated psych workflow is in development; confirm document-specific availability with the team. Bring blank assessment templates for conversion and use the authorized case workflow for patient information.
2. Psynth — psychological assessment report drafting
Consider it when: Your main task is producing a psychological evaluation report.
Psynth describes converting test results, intake documents, observations, and audio into editable report drafts. It also explicitly addresses forensic evaluations and cited context from large record sets. It is a relevant psych-focused alternative, not simply a legal chronology product. Psynth product page.
Check before choosing: Does your intended workflow require a narrative report, conversion of your own blank assessment into a patient-completable PDF, or filling an existing form? The latter two tasks were not established on the reviewed page.
3. Medrecords AI — cited collateral history for forensic evaluators
Consider it when: You need to organize collateral psychiatric records before a forensic evaluation.
Medrecords AI publishes a dedicated forensic-psychology workflow covering psychiatric history, medication history, prior testing, source citations, and records-review drafting in an evaluation template. Its broader audience also includes legal and claims users. Medrecords AI forensic workflow.
Check before choosing: Test your actual referral and report format. The reviewed material did not establish conversion of a supplied assessment into a patient-completable PDF. A report template and a fillable assessment are different deliverables.
4. MediScan — configurable IME/QME record review
Consider it when: You want reusable preferences for medical record summaries and their presentation.
MediScan explicitly serves IME/QME evaluators. Its published MediView example includes psychiatric diagnosis, treatment, and symptom fields alongside broader medical content. Although an orthopedic example is shown, the page supports a more flexible description than “musculoskeletal only.” IME/QME workflow, custom review templates.
Check before choosing: Try configuring the review around your psych questions. The reviewed pages did not establish patient-facing assessment-PDF conversion or case-data filling into an existing assessment PDF.
5. InPractice — chronology and summaries for medical-legal evaluators
Consider it when: Your main need is organizing medical records before an IME or QME.
InPractice describes chronologies, editable summaries, source verification, case questions, and document exports. Its audience includes medical-legal evaluators; it should not be characterized as attorney-only. InPractice IME/QME workflow.
Check before choosing: Ask to see your psychiatric record types and report structure. The reviewed page did not establish a dedicated psych workflow, conversion of your blank assessment PDF, or filling that assessment from case information.
6. EvenUp — medical evidence within a plaintiff-law workflow
Consider it when: The buyer is a personal-injury law firm managing a legal case.
EvenUp markets to personal-injury firms. Its Medical Management product describes treatment timelines and cited summaries within a broader legal workflow. This establishes record-review overlap without establishing the same assessment workflow a psych practice needs. EvenUp platform, Medical Management.
Check before choosing: If you are buying as an independent evaluator, verify clinician access and the precise assessment/form tasks. Those tasks were not established by the reviewed pages.
7. Supio — medical chronology within a legal AI platform
Consider it when: The buyer needs medical-record intelligence as part of plaintiff litigation.
Supio describes source-linked, editable medical chronologies and a broader agent for plaintiff-law work, including legal drafting. Those capabilities should not be confused with converting a clinical assessment PDF or filling its fields. Medical chronologies, Supio Agent.
Check before choosing: Ask whether your clinician workflow and specific assessment files are supported. Patient-completable assessment conversion and clinical assessment-PDF filling were not established on the reviewed pages.
Match the software to the output you need
For AI medical record summaries: Test whether a summary helps you follow the history and verify the supporting pages. Several products on this list describe that capability.
For psychological report writing: Check how the product uses your observations, authorized assessment results, and records. A report-writing workflow is more specific than a generic chronology.
For your own fillable assessments: Ask the vendor to demonstrate your permitted blank PDF, how responses are collected, and the resulting document. Uploading a completed test report for summarization is a different task.
For AI form filling: Name the exact input and output: which supplied information should fill which fields of which existing form? A custom narrative template does not, by itself, establish that capability.
For a psych QME or workers’ compensation evaluation: Confirm the jurisdiction, referral, and evaluator role. Software support for record preparation does not establish report compliance, clinical validity, or permission to administer a particular instrument.
Try the same fictional case with every vendor
Use a synthetic packet with an earlier symptom history, a later workplace account, a treatment change, and a documented functional limitation. Add a blank questionnaire you created or are permitted to reproduce.
Ask each vendor to demonstrate four outputs:
- A dated medical-record summary with references you can check.
- A way to retain differing accounts without silently deciding which is correct.
- A patient-completable version of the authorized blank assessment, if offered.
- A proposed completed form that distinguishes case information, patient responses, and your conclusions, if offered.
Compare the actual outputs and correction process. This guide does not provide a measured accuracy or processing-speed comparison.
Discuss your psych documentation workflow
Bring the assessments and forms you use, explain how you review records, and identify the information you repeatedly enter. We can discuss where fillable PDFs, AI medical record review, and AI-assisted form filling fit.

Sources and method
This is an editorial comparison of selected public product descriptions reviewed October 22, 2026. Source links appear beside each product. Inclusion is based on relevance to record review, evaluator preparation, psychological reporting, or adjacent legal workflows; it is not a market-share sample.
We did not conduct paid trials, process the same case through these products, or independently validate their accuracy, security certifications, or performance. “Not established” means the reviewed sources did not answer that specific capability question. It does not mean the feature is absent.
